After work session at Hove Hotpipes, half five til 8pm. Pretty good fun
actually and some chunky swell unloading off the end of the power station
outlets. It rained hard as I sat on the beach chatting to Tim, then went
light, then filled in to solid 4m weather. I quickly rigged with 4.5m Ezzy
on 70 ltr Evil Twin and stuck with that. It was a lot to unload for the
'bottom turn' but great fun anyway. Late gust reading from Gavin: Highest
Gust: 42.0 at 20:07. Thats breezy!!
Many many rides, in the cross on conditions some certainly over nose high.
Wind might have veered a tadge, but it was still a tricky proposition in
the strong wind. Landed a decent enough aeriel back on the wave and
battered on down the line, so quite pleased there.
